Spa Inspired Serenity

We worked closely with both the designer and homeowner to bring this spa-inspired bathroom to life, focusing on details that were both practical and beautifully executed. One of the first steps was constructing a full-height stud wall to separate the walk-in shower from the freestanding bath. This gave the room structure and flow, allowing each area to feel defined without being closed off. It also meant no shower screen was needed, making it easier to clean and creating a more enclosed, cosy shower space.

Feature niches were carefully aligned with the tile layout: one in the shower, one above the bath, each mitred for a crisp, seamless finish. The pebble-effect wall behind the bath added natural texture, while large-format stone-effect tiles brought consistency and calm throughout.

Polished nickel fittings were chosen over chrome to give a warmer, more refined feel that complements the softness of the materials. Every element, from the floor-mounted bath tap to the floating vanity, was installed with care and precision.

Lighting played a key role in the atmosphere. Soft LEDs were built into the bath niche, under-lighting was added to the vanity, and subtle spotlights were installed behind the bath, creating a peaceful, ambient glow perfect for unwinding.
